High Pressure Test Team

Designed, built, and programmed high pressure test stands with data acquisition (DAQ) boxes for Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS) & Thermal Control Systems (TCS) to test prototypes per requirements.

Manufacturing Process Technology

Trialed a pneumatic control system and positive displacement pump to optimize flow and separation machinery processes for large scale winery tanks.

Engineering antweight class battlebots to compete. Focus on combat design (weapon, armor, strategy) paired with engineering principles.

Intern @ HYPRLIFT

I configured the Teensy 4.0 Triple CAN Bus Board to gather data for an elevator testing rig prototype. During my internship, I focused on collecting data and processing packets from sensors, such as the interpretation of data from the Honeywell current sensor.

Underwater ROV @ UCLA

As part of a Bruin Underwater Robotics E96 course, I worked with a team to construct a fully functional underwater robot. Our team designed the bot using SOLIDWORKS and 3D printed multiple iterations of parts through the design process to build the final assembly. We then wired and waterproofed the components and tested the robot in a pool using our custom controller.

2022

Medical Assistant Robot @UCLA

Competing in an engineering design competition, our team developed a medical assistant robot tailored for students. The robot “Sigmax”, named after the healthcare companion in the movie Big Hero 6, dispenses medication and is accompanied by and app that allows for navigational capabilities. The robot asks the users a set of questions and provides over-the-counter medication.

2022

FIRST Tech Challenge

Our team constructed competition-ready robots to compete in the First Tech Challenge. Throughout the season, we constantly iterated through the design process to improve the efficiency of our robot.
