About

Hi I'm Jason! I'm currently a junior studying Mechanical Engineering at UCLA. Through my time in university and as an engineer, I've worked on several engineering projects, including building test stands for next generation space stations at VAST SPACE, engineering pneumatic and liquid control and dosing systems to optimize flow processes at one of the worlds largest wineries at GALLO, and developing a test rig for an electric elevator shaft at HYPRLIFT. I've also done some projects including building robots to compete in the First Tech Challenge, designing underwater remotely operated vehicles to navigate obstacle courses, and placing battle bots to fight in competition brackets. Through these projects, I've developed my skills in SolidWorks, MATLAB, maker space equipment, and more. I have a passion for art and design, which I try to incorporate into my work and prototyping to add value to the engineering design process.
